My phone bill was high for receiving four text messages and or voice mails to my number. One was a one time message the other three messages on the same day one hour apart, each. After finding out they came from Silicon Investments I called the 866 number they list. I was on hold over an hour, then the recording says to send an email explaining the problem. The email address they provide does not exist. It is an unfair thing for this company to steal someone elses's money the way they do. Wonder if they have nothing good to do. Now I have to pay the bill and wait for my provider to reimburse only part of the charges. Somebody needs to put a stop to this!
