I WENT ON MEMBERS SITE,HALFWAY THROUGH THE PROGRAM,IT SHUTDOWN. I TRIED AGAIN AND CALLED THE HELP LINE..THEY SAID CALL NEXT DAY.ON THE 26TH,I CANCELLED IT AFTER HOLDING ON FOR 35 MINUYES.I USED MY HOUSE PHONETHOUGHT THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY.TODAY 27TH,THEY TOOK ANOTHER $9.97 OUT OF MY BANK.USING MY HOUSE PHONE-WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR(LIZ) FOR 56 MINUTES-NO RESULT. I CALLED ANOTHER NUMBER-SAME PLACE HELD ON FOR 32 MIN. I GOT THIS GUY TELLING ME TO CALL MY BANK FOR THE "ERROR" HE WOULDN'T GET THE SUPERVISOR AND IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE HE HUNG UP ON ME.SO I'M LEFT IN LIMBO AS TO WHAT TO DO.ONE OF THE NUMBERS WAS TO A SKINCARE CO. BUT THEY ALL GO THROUGH EBIZPCKG.
