My computer all of a sudden shows up with a virus on 1/17/2011 and would not allow me acess webpages or do anything, it tells me that I must order the Windows Vista shield Anti Virus Security 2012 in order to fix the computer.I tried to provide the license number and clear up the issue but, nothing worked.
When I ordered it, I was able to restore the system but,still cannot turn automatic updates or firewall back on, it continued to come back requesting more money and start allowing more pop-ups on my pc. I lost my money. and now think it's time to go to the Better Business Bureau.
