I ordered a trial bottle on the 10th of January 2012 for only $5.80. On the 26th of January still hadn't received bottle and discovered that another $99.87 had been taken out of my account. I rang the company and discovered that the was certain terms and conditions that allowed them to automatically assume I wanted to continue ordering the product however when I looked into it they were not meant to charge me until after 17 days. I contacted them again and said that it had not been 17 days but only 16 and that I want to cancel my automatic subscription to this order and that they should not have taken the money out and I would like it back. I was told that I had ordered product on the 8th of January and thus transaction was valid and there was nothing they could do. When I asked them about the missing tablets they said they had been shipped and it was out of their hands. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were busy and that there would be nothing they could do for me anyway. I am lucky as I have since read that some people have lost a lot more money than what I have but I am still annoyed that there are companies out there who can get away with this. I have contacted my bank and placed a disupute agains unauthorised money being taking out of my account but I think it will be unlikely that I get my money back.
