www.gstaroutlet.org is a FAKE website and they do not respond to emails. BE AWARE.
Their website has limited contact information and they do not respond accordingly even though they state 'customer service' is important to them.
I bought a pair of G-Star jeans, my credit card was charged and the jeans I received were not G-star. I have had a response from [email protected] stating my details had been sent to the merchant but nothing since. The response was written by someone who spoke little english as their comprehension of my complaint was not even addressed. I cannot send the jeans back as there is no return address and I cannot get any further email responses.
Do not get scammed by this organisation..............
