We've been working with them on a mortgage modification since October. It was supposed to take 3 weeks, now it's been 4 months. I was skeptical at first, though after speaking with their attourney, Bruce H. Sobel, I was assured and confident that this was a legitimate business. I've now been trying to reach them for 3 days, though it appears all of their phones are disconnected. Bruce Sobel won't call me back either. What's wrong with people.

- I wonder if Bruce Sobel and Mark Workman are the same person. I can't believe this is happening. I wonder how many people out there got scammed. I hope they all report on here. We need to find this guys.

- I was scammed for 5800. Mark, Anthony Flores, Devon, Charlie, and Mckenzie are names that I dealt with. Started in Oct and and like you couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone this week. Left messages on their web site to no avail. Don't know what happened. They were working with my bank but very little.

- I was taken for almost 5000. Had a call from Devonne on Sat. Jan 28, telling me that Advanced Loan Processing has taken over working on our file. Left phone # 619-567-7223 which is not working (yet?) She said we would be hearing from them next week. I felt pretty good about her call and message since she didn't HAVE to make the call but I have tried numerous times to call her back w/o success. Beginning to wonder now. Thinking of trying to contact their lawyer Bruce H. Sobel at 619-609-0085 to see where that takes me since someone posted on here that his office would be handling all the cases of USG. ??? Probably all a scam. Live and learn.....
