BEWARE THESE PEOPLE TRADE ON THE VULNERABILITY AND INSECURITIES SOME WOMEN FEEL AS THEY VISIBLY START TO AGE. I paid less than £3 each on postage for 2 products that reputedly needed each other to be effective. Foolishly, I didn't read the terms and conditions. I was alerted today by my bank's fraud dept that a payment of £51 was being requested by the above. I said I'd not authorised this, but was too late to stop a payment of £74.95 being taken yesterday. It feels like this money has been STOLEN from me. I feel shocked and distressed to have been taken in like this.

  • As a lot of other people i fell for this offer, i was told i had to buy the two products and use them in conjunction with eachother for it to effectively work. I took advantage of this offer on the 12/08/2011, the serum arrived within two weeks, this is not the bottle i ordered however!! The one i got looks like a cheap bottle of hand sanitizer gel. I am still yet to receive the moisturizer, the serum remains sealed on my dresser on the advice of the company to not use without the moisturizer. The postage and packaging payments were taken on the 12/08/2011. The first payment of the largher amounts which may i add knew absoloutely nothing about their plans to take any further payments went out of my account before christmas and this payment was for £79.99, another payment was taken within days of the first payment and this one was for £84.99, finally another payment was taken on 01/23/2012. I contacted my bank to be told to cancel my debit card which has been done, my bank also told me that i had actually signed up to a subscription to this company and that even though my debit card had been stopped the company may still be able to take monies as and when they felt like it, the bank were fully aware of the said company and had ongoing problems with them. The bank are also sending me a claim form out and say they will attempt to try and get me some of my money back however it did not look good for me. I contacted the company via email as all the telephone numbers i had been given and researched myself are dead lines, i received an email back a couple of days later stating they have indeed cancelled my subscription and no further billing will take place however i could basically take a hike for any sort of refund even though i had not received all of the products so what i had actually received was useless to me on their advice. I am now going to draft a response to that email in an attempt to try and gain some monies back. I don't however hold out much hope. Cont.....

  • Cont.......The people running this company are very intelligent individuals who know exactly how to scam innocent hard working people, they know exactly how to cover their tracks and how to bury themselves so deep within the internet, They have changed company details/names numerous times. It seems they take the payments close together so that when people realize, they have taken enough money of each individual to be able to cancel their subscription early which no ligitimate company would ever do!! The ring leader/s of the operation need to be made accountable as they are clearly no adhering to the Distant selling act.
