i ordered this product and i ordered a NEWA product i recieved a used product which i wasnt expecting a used product. i called to see if i could returne it and they said no because it was a factory testing that was name. the product was in no condition to say it was a factory testing that was made. i belive that this company is very inresponsible and whoever is buying from it make sure that you recieve what you expect and ordered and nothing different.
