Re: Invoice number 483581/12, Ofrey Niebla.
On November 27/2011, we bought a ME GYPSI BONDED LEATHER CORNER CHAIR at a Furniture City shop located in Hialeah by the amount of 1999.90 on a 3 years plan.
Unfortunately, their product has not performed well because is having tears in the bonded leather material. I am disappointed because I was told that by paying the guaranty it will cover any defect, they never said anything about factory defect material and so on, after a long and not very pleasant confrontations with the sales person in the shop and the person who attended us at the Costumer Service department, they change our product for a brand new one only to find that the new one that was brought was having exactly the same defects as the previous one. We went to talk with the manager of the shop and the answer was that there was nothing they could do about it as it is a factory defect and all the sets were having the same problem, we ask then to give us our credit back to spend it there but on a different set as we did not buy a product that was on sale for a defect it was on the original price and sold as such, no one told us we were buying a product with factory defects, neither they gave us any discount or preferential price for it according to the defects found in the item. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if we can get our credit back even if we have to spend it in their shop, even though at this point we want not to buy anything from them whatsoever. Enclosed are copies of my records. Any help from you will be higly appreciated as we are now running out of options and we are stuck with a damaged set that is being in our possession for less than 2 months.
