Tempting advertising blog for Britensure with false comments using UK newspaper and BBC news logos. Trial expires today! Buy now! Link to Britensure company offering free trial for 30 days then right to cancel if you conact customer services. Recommended by Dentisits, but no evidence of that, or link to evidence base. No details of ingredients, chemicals, COSHH safety data etc. Pictures of gleaming teeth and references to being part of the Elite Jet Set. Googled company and found scam reports, then unable to contact company operating a premium number, but no details as to how much per minute. Can't cancel and request return approval code to send product back, as cant get hold of anyone. Stuck with un-authorised payments going out of account and product with minimal instruction, no safety data and both products sent in separate envelopes to increase shipping and postage charges. Am expecting to be billed $30 for an A5 fact sheet any time soon. Researched company who trades in the UK under CYC marketing, owned by Jordan Finger, UK Director ID: 913531747. Further director is Janet Elaine Berry, UK Director ID: 903578069. Listed as director of 338 companies, most of which dormant.
Date of Birth: 08/1973 Address; 2786 Ardis Place, Bellmore,New York NY11 710.USA. Also owns Movie Star Look, Union Consultancy, Healthy Margins in the UK. Dermify, Gleamify,Flawless Effect in US and probably many other similar companies in Europe. Previous issues with Advertising Standards Association for upheld complaint for "the pink patch" slimming aid.
CEO for Ardis Health, USA. See "LinkedIn" (professional network site) profile for his achievements, awards, press releases and business appointments etc...and claims to his integrity. Built the so-called Ardis empire on scams and other people's mis-fortune and yet NY business community appear to hold him in high regard and he is the Social Chair of the Entrepreneurs Organistion NY Chapter, referenced in Forbes magazine and speaker at Global Learning Conferences.
Not sure how anyone could respect & pay to listen to the rhetorical business acumen of a CEO who trades without ethics or anticipated consequence. Puzzled as to why this standard of operation is allowed to not only continue, but expand and receive awards for global expansion of business. Some regulatory body must have the power to stop this cowardly and exploitative practice. His peers must have the aptitude and intelligence to see through the sharp operator facade and unearth the real deal...which is nothing more than exploitation, fraud and deception; placing many of his NY business colleagues into potential disrepute, merely by association. How much money does this company have to deceptively acquire...AND BRAG ABOUT whilst the general public suffer....someone out there must have the power and motivation to halt this despicable and un-ethical practice?

  • I have also ordered free trial teeth whitening and as of yet not received so I decided to Google company and this is what I found ....
    I have emailed Vannessa from customer services to cancel any membership I may or may not have, I am still within the 14 days so should not be a problem , however I after 1 call and 2 emails to cyc britensure I am still waiting for a reply to confirm any membership I might have with them is now cancelled . As I have heard nothing yet I have also contacted my bank so they will dispute any further random debits from cyc britensure .
    I followed the link on a Facebook advert so stupidly lured into a false sense of security in thinking this company would not be slamming people.
    I will see if I get a response soon. I have over thousand friends on Facebook and Twitter , so quite happy to spread the word !

    I appreciate your offer of helping to resolve my case...i will email with my details as I still cannot get through on the phone. My other observations regarding the integrity of the company owner remain unanswered and whilst there may be operating difficulties, there are too many scam reports on too many different websites to just be operating problems requiring refinement of processes....There are also ingredients included in the package or online, and there is no substantiated evidence that validates the dentist claims on either the website or included in the package. This breaches advertising standards and is mis-leading. You have a legal duty to advise people of what they are actually putting on their teeth, as you don't know a customer's allergies......how would you feel if someone suffered an anaphylactic reaction to your product and was unable to trace the cause....very dangerous, not to mention un-ethical and illegal!!!! I think the CEO of the over-arching company (Ardis Health in New York) needs to take heed of all the comments on this website and others and re-think the whole "trial " concept and accept that "continuity billing" falling outside of the website's terms & conditions is not the way to gain reputation and respect in the world of business.
