This is the message I just sent to them, whoever they are!
I see in my Jan 2012 Visa account that I have been charged for purchase of A. Aqualift -8774981950 Amount: $74.99 on Jan 17, 2012, and B. Vitaderm - 8885439408 Amount : $79.99 on Jan 17 2012.
I only purchased the Trial samples of each type in Dec 28, 2011, which I did not receive until just one week ago. I did not order any further purchases. How could I when I have not even tried out the samples yet? I have consulted VISA. They ask me to get in touch with you. So, A. please reverse the charges on the above stated amounts. and B. Stop making any future charges. Thanks for your cooperation. Ken KWAN

  • I had the same problem but thankfully getting a full refund. Ordered sample on Jan 4 and didn't receive them until Jan 30. Mid January they charged already my credit card for both products. It was a lot of headache to make the reimbursement happen but it worked. The advertisement free trial is total bull. I ordered from Canada and with international shipping one never receive the order in 7-10 business days as they promise. In fact one receives the products after the free trial period is already up. I didn't have any problems to reach the support via e mail or telephone. I really had always a quick response. Anyhow I canceled everything, told them that I am pretty bitter and so on and after a long discussion they agreed to my refund and I can keep the products too. And now I will try it and see if all the headache was worthed. For refund you have to call! I called at 6pm and didn't have to wait in line at all. They don't do refund issues in the support e mail contact.
