I bought bids Vouchers and started bidding before the Holidays. I won a phone and a helicopter. Were for gifts for my children. When I don't received within 2 weeks, I sent email and received a reply back from dealfun, and said it will take 2 to 3 weeks and that they will send them. From that, I refer my friends and keep buying bid vouchers and kept bidding. So far, I won 1 mp3 player, 3 mp4 player, 1 touch screen phone, 1 helicopter (remote control), 1 ipad connector. Today I received an email each of the items that I won. See below.

vendor who did not provide us with an accurate
stock count caused the delay.

customers, we will no longer be using this vendor,
as they are unable to guarantee top-level service
that we expect for our customers.
For the inconvenience:
1. We have refunded you the amount you were billed
for this product.
2. We have credited your DealFun account the
retail value in the form of bids

So, I sent a complaint email. An email from dealfun responded that they may reply me within one hour. See below

I check that link and no page were open. They refunding me bid vouchers, which I used to bid and received nothing. I asked to refund my real $ money. How can we complaint about this to any watch groups?

Same Here ! I bid on a phone and a helicopter . Bought it for my Dad and little Czn , told all my family members about it. Thanks God No One Tried . Cus we all were waiting for it to be arrived .and i got this after 15 days

- Its been more then a month , i got no refund also they closed my account. Deal Fun is the biggest Scam of all times. Neither u get what u paid for nor u get the money back.
