Got e-mail from HD concepts welcoming me and confirming order for weightloss product ordered on 4/10/11. I never made any such contact or order. They include both a phone number and e-mail address in the E-Mail. Phone number is 1-877-311-4798.
Credit card charge showed up on 6/12/11. Called phone number and get put on answering service wait for an available customer rep. Waited over 1/2 hour with no response. Second attempt put my phone on speaker an listened to the music for over an hour with no one answering.
