I have not received nor order any movies from Netflix since June 2011, but they have been charging my credit card and this amount of $17.06 is the last charge...there were ones for each month ..This has to stop....give me there phone number .

- They charge you for each month regardless of the rental plan you have and how many DVDs you actually have sent to your home (even if zero). You have to either put your account on HOLD, or just CANCEL it.
