I ordered a router and moden with offerwire which offered a rebate on both products providing that you submit all required information and had internet service connected with Charter Communications. I submitted everything: Service order, ends of boxes, two months of bills (proof that I had service for 60 days...). They denied my rebate saying that I did not maintain service for 60 days which in simply not true (I still have internet with Charter). I have spoken to at least 4 different people and even called Charter (who claims they have had no communication with Offerwire).
