I placed an order with this company, I paid them and they sent me a tracking number, their website has a section where you can see the tracking number and you go and track it it says shipped I followed it to the united states then it went to another state, I contacted them and they said the carrier made a mistake with the address I will ask them to compensate but if they don't there's nothing they can do because it is the carriers fault. Their website says if something happens to your package they will resend your order. They have a way of getting legitimate tracking numbers that are sent on the day yours is supposed to be sent.
