Replied to an ad on Facebook, inviting a free trial of diet products, ordered on 30th December 2011, products did not arrive promptly due to bank holiday, but 14 day trial started immediately, they took money from my bank account, putting me into my overdraft.
Product not worth the money and the web site is not clear that charges would be made, if not cancelled within 14 days, not a free trial pay for postage only. Tried to negociate on the phone but was asked to write inot the head quarters in America although it was a UK Call Centre. Complaints Manager not available to comnplain to.
