A web page popped up saying FREE TRIAL for Biosomatic & Liposom all I had to pay was £1.24 for the one & £4.23 PP for the other. Then on the 23rd of January 2012 I went on line to check my bank account. I was horrified to see that two payments had been taken out of my account one was for £73.37 & the other was £69.75 ,Which I did'nt UNOUTHORIZ. On the same day I phoned the company their number 08455280540 to ask what they were doing taking money out of my accout with out my authorization. "He asked my name and said he was just getting me up on the computer". The next thing I know , he hung up on me.
So I phone again straght away the same recorded message came on
some one aswered, when I Tryed to tell him what had happen he said that I had the wrong number and said that it was the law courts. then I got up the web page thank God I saved it and sent two emails. One saying everythink I have put in this complant.
Also said that I would give them 24 hours to pay my money back into my account, I also said that I would write a stinking review about the company and put in on the internet and that I would put it on MES NEWS. I have had no reply money not been put back into my account that's why I am doing this report. and I hope you can help me as I can not afford to loss £143.32. As my husband can no longer work due to ill health so we are living on £800 Per Month.
Please Please can you help me.

No the company did not contact me even though I sent them to emails.

I have also cancelled my Debit card at the bank so that COMPANY can not take any more money from my account. and will recevie a new one next week
