I was looking at my bill and noticed this unknown payment that had been taken out of my Direct express Master card that contains my social security money. I looked it up online to see what it was and saw all the complaints and the many people unable to get a hold of the company and I just immediately filed a complaint. I called the number and got a hold of someone and they said it was for a cigarette lighter that i ordered for my car, which I never ordered and i don't smoke. she said that she would cancel my order. we will see in 3-6 business days if that happens.
