We purchased a New 7" Notebook but eGlobalwireless.com send us an old/used Notebook. We try to get a hold of them through their online chat room but its never on. We emailed eGlobalwireless but didn't responded until we reported them to the BBB. eGlobalwireless did not only send us a used item when we ordered a new one, they also want to charge us for the return of the item and a restocking fee of 25%. Jason, the person in charge of shipping is doing his best to demonstrate poor customer service. That's how we know we are dealing with a fraudulent company. eGlobal has a list of complaints under the Better Business Bureau, they are as follow:
Complaint Type Total Closed Complaints
Advertising / Sales Issues 52
Billing / Collection Issues 9
Delivery Issues 182
Guarantee / Warranty Issues 1
Problems with Product / Service 261
Total Closed Complaints 505

eGlobalwireless is also currently being investigated by The Florida Attorney General. We are asking for eglobalwireless to give us a full refund, and a complete shout down to their online business.
