My computer was being attacked by a virus. Immediately after this an offer for internet protection popped up. I proceeded to purchase this product and I saved the receipts that I was e-mailed. This protection worked for about a month and a half then it just disappeared from my computer. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the receipts I was e-mailed.
