I started with bidrack a few months ago. I was charged $99 and then I bought bids for $40. I won 3 auctions and never received my items. After endless emails I was refunded the $31.40 for the 3 auctions I won. I won another auction as well and after almost 2 months I finally received it, and it is not anything like what was offered in the auction. They will not refund it, or refund the $99 and $40 I paid at the beginning. I have spent in total (minus my refund for $31.40) $154.26 on this site and have received NOTHING for it. They refuse to even respond to my requests for a refund of this amount, and this company needs to be shut down!

i heard from the Better Business Bureau yesterday that they are refunding my $99!!! Read my last entry to find out how...
