Ordered a dock extender for my iPhone3GS on January 15, 2012. Paid $15.69 plus expedited charges, total bill $20.68. Within minutes, my order was acknowledged, money taken from my bank, and then I received a "Shipped" notice with a USPS tracking number, all very odd since this was a Sunday. Monday was Martin Luther King day so I knew the postal services were closed. I waited until Saturday, and I checked the progress of my package with the USPS. Naturally, there was not only no progress, but the package was never received by them. After checking this company's reputation, I realized after all the false promises this company made to deliver its products, plus the fact they were originally known as "Gadgetboost.com" and were accused of fraud and taken down, I knew I was scammed too. I then tried to send an email to the company and realized there is NO email address to contact them. I decided to use the email on the confirmation of my order and saw it said "Gadgetboost.com" not Dockextenders.com
Since it was processed thru Payleap.com, I sent them an email about the transaction, and the likelihood that this company is like beating a dead horse. I spoke to Payleap yesterday, 1-24-2012, and requested a refund. I was told to contact my bank and obtain a chargeback which I did. I commenced fraud proceedings with the bank, and I also advised Gadgetboost.com, Mr. Waller - the owner, and DockExtenders.com that I am investigating the company thru the US Attorney's Office of which I am associated. Hence, both websites were gone as of yesterday. Also reported same to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. It's not the small trivial amount of money that I lost....it's the idea he has scammed everyone....little stuff adds up to big stuff. He needs to be prosecuted and put out of internet business forever.

  • He's baaack. Its been over 2 weeks now and still no product on my doorstep. Hopefully Visa can make this a****le's life more miserable than it must already be. Do not buy anything on-line if you see any of the terms used here plus another "mybigcommerce"

  • I got my money back from my bank. It was not the $20.68 I was worried about, but it was the point of this sleezebag getting caught. You know, $$$$$ from you, from the next one, and the next one, and the next one.......all adds up to a nice chunk of change for this crook!
