I BAYT A PRODUCT FROM INS FOR HEALTH, I PAYT FOR THEM BUT I WAS CHARGE AGAIN £72, EVEN IF I SEND 2 E-MAIL AND I TOLD THEM THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD AND I DO NOT WANT ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM, NOW THEY CHARGE ME EVEN WHEN THEY DONT SEND ANYTHINK. PLEASE HELP ME TO HAVE MY MONY BACK AND TO STOP ANY CHARGE IN THE FUTURE
