i found this company on the web site offering assistance with programs and it said £9 sterling and after a conversation over the price with my wife i decided to purchase as a little help would be good-- big mistake they ripped me off for £48.39 sterling and of course by the time i received my statement they said it was beyond the refund date. they appear to charge for things they cannot supply and they only provide links to free sites anyway so there is no reason to expect a large charge. keep well clear of this company. i am having a conversation with the FBI consumer department about them and will let you know the out come but stay clear.
