I ordered a free trial offer of REvita Derm and paid the postage by credit card When I got my cc statement I was amazed to see that two payments totaling 195 euros had been paid to the above company. I asked my bank to recover the money for me but they said they could not as I should have read the terms and conditions when I ordered the free sample. I have sent this company two emails and have received no reply What can I do
