I noticed they had taken £69.95 from my credit card without my knowledge so I managed to call them after waiting on the line for a very long while and they asked for me to send the sample back to them and they would refund which I duly did and they refunded the amount. I also asked for my monthly subscription to be cancelled which they said they would. Much to my dismay I have noticed that they have, once again, taken £69.95 from my credit card. I shall now have to chase once again.

  • An unauthorised payment for GBP 69.95 was taken from my Credit Card on 09 Dec. 2011 and was refunded on 05 Jan. 2012 after I spent many hours trying to get through to your "customer services". I have, subsequently, established that a further £ 69.95 has been taken from my Credit Card on 24 Dec. 2011 despite my cancelling my so-called subscription which you did not draw my attention to when I received the free trial. I have tried to call on numerous occasions to your so-called "customer services" number(s) but to no avail and an extortionate cost to myself. My name is Halliday, Stewart, and I do not have my Client ID. I have advised my Credit Card company that Britensure are being reported all over "Scam" lists both in the U.K. and U.S. with many people reporting similar experiences with your company (if, indeed, it is a company). You provide very scant contact details and now you are using a "gmail" account to "offer" a solution. Not very professional. All I want is a full refund of all monies taken from my Credit Card, i.e. £ 69.95 with immediate effect AND an assurance that my monthly "subscriptions" have been cancelled and you will NOT take any further payment from my Credit Card - not too much to ask under the circumstances.
