After trying to figure out how my account was over drafting and knowing that I DID NOT purchase more bids, I figured out what they are doing. If you use Palpal and have a credit card listed, a bank account and also a debit card, when you go to purchase a bid and it declines, they turn around and post it as you purchased it, and bill each card and account as soon as money is placed into account. I proved this to quibids and paypal but no one is helping me. This also happened to my mom and dad last year but never could figure out what was happening? So anyhow, every declined action is billed later and you NEVER get the bids! They lost even more in 2010 but I thought I would not have a problem since they have a new system in place, however, there is another way to prove what they are doing and that is the bids you purchased and used do NOT match what you paid for! and I looked up the word intangible and although you can't touch it is s a form of money!!!
