We live in Cedar Park, TX and I know at least 3 families including ourselves, who were victims of this fraud in 2011. I am putting all the information together so I can post more details on this site. Long story short; we were trying to purchase a commercial property and got scammed $2,000 (+ 2 other families who were trying to buy their homes, each paid 2K) by T.
