never got the item i paid for and now they wont return my messages ive tried everything i know to do

the company did tell me on Jan 6th my tv would be shipped out that day and i would get an email then later a tracking number but that never happen they havent talk to me since

- all i would like to say is ty for any help you can give me 635.00 is alot of money to me and then some crook comes and takes it
