PROMISED TO MAKE A LOAN ON COMMERCIAL BLDG., IF WE WOULD SEND A $5000. GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. DID NOT DELIVER ON LOAN. HAS AN ASSOCIATE (LORIE GAUSSI) WHO WAS PART OF THE SCAM. ATTACHED ARE ALL EMAILS,COPY OF AGREEMENT, lOAN OFFER BY AFFILIATE, ETC.

- This complaint is bogus. The Client was denied a refund due to misrepresentation. He was offered a loan based upon the information he gave us, namely, that the office building was vacant and without income. When the offer was made, the Client informed us that in the meantime he had fully leased it up and it would be financed by his local bank. He did not provide this information to us. In short, he had no intention of being funded through our efforts. That is the purpose of the deposit, to protect us against misrepresentation. The withholding of material facts is misrepresentation. Note that there are no legal complaints against the us, neither past nor pending. In the lending business, unfortunately material misrepresentation is rampant. Furthermore, we use a third party (title company) to hold deposits so there can be no misunderstanding about the terms and conditions of the deposit. We also offer prospects the opportunity to talk to references. We have nothing to hide.
