I entered in good faith with Rashid Abdulai ,owner of www.payafterwork.com an agreement to build a tutoring service website.The agreement was$800 and refund any time for poor or substandard work.Later the mentioned person has no IDEA about web developing ,has no experiences at all in programing or project managing.He kept sending me junk malfunction work and enforcing me to accept it claiming that $800 is not enough.Despite I had sent him all details and he fully agreed with it.Later he start intimidating me when I asked him to refund my money .He claimed I stole his poor wacky code from my hosting site.I did NOT ask him to host his code ,it was his REQUEST to work on live web.I asked him to CHANGE password from Admin panel to keep his code under his security and I increased his fee $200 more.He agreed but still sending me non working web.Nice pictures ,but logically not function properly.I kept sending him messages and he kept postponing and intimidating.Later he sent me a link accusing me that Im on the black list on UNKNOWN web chargebackfraude.org. Rashid Abdulai has no ethics or respect at all.He was deceiving me by sending me the same work over and over and shange his mind frequently by saying will fix it next friday and then when I contact him next day he will say "we did what you asked for" and call me fraudulent,fool,etc.I disputed my money and waiting.I tried to contact his number 8778107594 but was not on service! He is the one behind posting my name,email on the chargebackfraude.org/blacklist as libel act .
