I thought, was buying an antivirus platform from windows, because my computer locked up and would not start without it. So, purchased it in good faith, only to find out it was a scam. This was done out of neccessity, as my son was in the hospital and I needed to retrieve some files. I would like to get my money back and report this false advertising scam.
