We saw rental listings online and were interested in them so we called them. They sent us to look at them then go to their office and fill out the applications and pay a one time fee of $200.00, $110 was non refundable for the background checks and they said $90 was to hold the place for 30 days and refundable if we were denied by the property owner. We did research before and after going to them and only found horrible reviews of fraudulence after we payed them. The claims are that they never call you back and you never get approved for any rentals!!!!!! They told us we were to late to put a deposit down on a property that they were supposed to be holding for us, they said someone else did the night before AFTER THEY CLOSED!!!! We figured it had already been taken off the market, we did find this other property listed by RE/MAX! They are taking other companies listings off of the internet and printing their info and giving it out saying they are their properties!! The BBB has rated them a BIG FAT "F" because they can't find their license and they can not get a hold of them!!!!!!
