I went to the First Class Jewelry Store around September 28, 2011. I purchased a necklace and I had the manager check it twice to make sure it was real. He promise me the nacklace was real. Recently, times has been hard for me. I went to a pawn shop in Brooklyn which is were I live now and I was told the necklace is not real, on January 21, 2012. I said, are you sure? The lady checked it three times for me and told me the necklace isn't real. Today, on January 22, 2012, I went back to First Class Shop Jewelry and I told the manager, he sold me a fake $799.00 neaklace. He asked for the reciept, and I provided it for him. He said, I'm sorry but our store policy is, I cannot refund or exchange after seven days. I called the police, and they said it is a civil matter. However, I am making this report because I don't believe this is the first time this happened. I believe the manager is selling fake jewelry on a regular basis and they should be investigated for improper activities.
