Starting in October 2011, I put an Apple iPod touch 64 GB (4th Generation) on Lay-A-Way and made 4 payments from October to December. Paid for the item in FULL on 12/28/2011. Have expected the item but nothing ever came. Contacted the BBB and a complaint was filed. No Response from the Company. Have contacted the company several times through their email but have had no response. Am considering filing a police report for Fraud asap.
