I purchased a supplement GallCleanse from http://www.gallstonesite.com/ (800-760-9024) for $69.00 on 9/20/11. The website advertises a 365 money back guarantee. I returnen the product - it was received by them on 10/14/11. Since then, I have been unable to get a refund. I call them once or twice weekly and they tell me a refund/check/money order will be issued in "2-3 days" but it never happens. I have been trying to get a refund fo 4 months.
