I had my computer cleaned up by a professional & it had the anti virus on it & after 15 days I got a message that I had to pay to activate the service. When I did not activate I was unable to access anything on my computer. I could not even go into word or excel, it said I did not have access. I would appreciate it all the help I can get to get my money back.
