after disconnecting my home phone service march 2010 I was told a 15.95 monthly fee was necessary to retain my e-mail address. Disconnect#d682350 . on june 2011 I was told by an at&t supervisor the e-mail address was free but they could only refund up to 3 months of payments. I had mailed a payment 2 days before I talked to at&t. I was told I would receive 47.85. I got a statement with a credit for 31.90. NO CHECK. I spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to resolve this speaking to over 30 at&t reps. I was told that I was disconnected on june 3 and service? was contracted to june 2.
