Called by Susan Roth, Rochester, NY that MLM from Japan has 150 year old fermentation science products & big money & I can be at top with her (she co-Master Distributor) have until midnight 12/31/11 to buy 5 products normally $500 for $200 so I did. Then decided 12/31 to buy 2 more boxes. January 2012 get boxes, open one which was packed in a recycled cookie box from Hong Kong (not Japan!) and the products are in Japanese /Chinese writing so how can you figure out what the ingredients are? I keep hounding Susan about when are they going to make the labels in English, it is ILLEGAL to resell products without clear labels in English as to what the ingredients are , how many pills are in a bottle and how any are recommended to take -- Can't read Chinese!! And you know what the dangers are of Chinese products & vitamins -- like the baby formula with lead and toxins in it .... she would never reply about it (GREEDY only said i should think it an honor to be at the top with all the people she is putting below me...) Then I get an email with a flyer revealing SHARK FIN in the one product named DNA Collagen. I emailed back the self proclaimed "DOCTOR" who owns Good Life Sciences "Dr" Zachery Guterman who basically says "so what should they stop selling chickens and beef, I am helping human suffering........." I said firstly I have been 'bait and switch' and he said the products are not meant for re-sale , only for own use which is not what the email with flyer said "get beauty salons and doctors to sell the products'... I asked for full refund, he said he would and not to bother with sending back products. I emailed again questioning how can you promote goodness when slaughtering sharks for their fins or how can you sell products in the USA without English labels... now the jerk is telling me I won't get back the shipping or the International fee's and if I do not return the products, that I will have to pay for them! I told him to STUFF IT that I WILL NOT spend one more penny for his crap and reporting him to FDA, FTC, AG, and anti-shark fining organizations and have him banned from selling his questionable products in the USA. This MLM is bad and business opportunity laws need to protect the USA citizens from such scams and greedy crooks especially from other countries, don't we have enough of our own crooks to deal with in the USA????

I completely disagree with this comment. the products are amazing and i have been using them for over 6 months. This company is a Japan and HK based company so why would someone expect that the labels would be in 100% English. Your comments about slaughtering sharks is ignorant to say the least. Sharks are caught legally all over the world and their meat sold in fish markets the same as beef is sold at the butcher. Do you complain that the skulls of the cow are sold to people to use as wall hangings? There is nothing wrong with using the shark fin from legally caught sharks for nutritional purposes. The Japanese have been using these ingredients for years and so do other cultures. Your ignorance about cultures outside of America is clearly showing through.
Any sane person would know that there is no scam here at all. If you dont like the products then dont take them but to write such garbage about a company you know nothing about is distasteful to say the least. Any company that is willing to refund you the cost of the product and still allow you to keep it is more than honorable, too bad you do not share the same qualities. And for your knowledge, I am from the USA and am proud of my country. I am ashamed of people like you though. -

glad to hear you like the products so good luck with your health taking them which I am sure as sure is total b.s. about what they are and what's in them on top of the deceptions!
There has NEVER been an MLM or any products legally allowed to sell nutritional products NOT IN ENGLISH labels into the US or on any shelves - legally!
I was told by Susan Roth the Co-master distributor that Good Life being based in Japan or China - whichever who knows, who cares anymore - will not be part of sending out any 1099's, so that right there was a big red flag and to have products with labels we can't read what the ingredients are, how to take the pills or even how many are in a bottle , so this is the ridiculous part of it. Plus you cannot say anything grows hair like they are, but it's okay - they will be going under anyway. So Steve continue to eat this stuff, your choice, but I will not and will not advise anyone to because we have no real idea what further UNDERHANDEDNESS is going on. They will be shut down as a USA multi level marketing company because you cannot operate as a business opportunity like they are ON THE SLY or sell these kind of products which the FDA has to clear this type of 'special nutrition' or if it is classified as "food'. So since you THINK you know all about this company, can't figure why YOU are the expert! and for your information YOU don't and YOU are the ignorant one and I am totally disgusted by YOU - eat your shark fin and CHOKE on them -
