I signed up over the phone through an ad sent out in the mail and was supposed to get a package deal for (2) years at a certain price about $115.00 total. When they did the installation I did not get all I was promised so I called and had to pay extra for several items at a cost of $50.00 more than promised originally and still did not get everything I was originally promised for $50.00 less. I kept it for the (2) years and was somewhat happy for those years, they had good service. I called when the package deal was to end to keep it going another year but asked for a better price if they were offering anything. This time I was promised close to the original price $120.00 that I had been promised (2) years before to keep everything I had. I was very happy about this. (2) days later my phone was turned off and I was not getting all the channels I was promised. Same problem as (2) years earlier, I called and was told it will all cost more. I called and got my phone back on but not with my old phone number however most of the other problems were solved. A few days later they got my old number back for me. I was now in a new (1) year plan and was somewhat happy with it. I was again paying more than promised now $145.00 and would lose my pemium channels in (6) months but still not too bad. I called again to redo my premium channels after the (6) months it was over, (December 26th) and am paying another $6.00 more for the channels another (6) months but again not too bad. I got my new bill this month and now my phone went up $20.00 more, I called and they said I was only on a (6) month phone plan. I never heard that ever until today! Now my bill is about $60.00/month more than I had originally been promised over the phone again. If these errors, them saying one price for the deal over the phone and having to pay much more when you get it is just an error than isn't it odd that it happened to me this many times? I think this is standard operating procedure for Comcast to lie, and bait you in then charge you more than other companies would. I spoke with supervisers and they said nothing can be done for me. If they are doing this to others as well as me I think it is criminal.
