- If you didnt cancel your order before the trial period ended, thats why you were billed. You have to read the terms and conditions before you order the product. Most of these places put you on a direct delivery system which just means that after the trial you agree to purchase this product every month. Read your T&C really well to see what you are agreeing too. Good luck.
