This is a false and misleading show promoter. The website is http://www.iem-events.com/. The company is owned by Daniel Merandi and Mark Daniels. They advertised a holiday & gift show at the Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena, CA. They emailed me a floor plan showing the entire convention center was leased. I found out that only half was really being used. I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. Now, no answers by phone or email. I am taking them to small claims court.

Hello,
I would like to get in contact with you regarding this company. We are looking to file civil and criminal charges as well. If we could talk about this that would be fantastic. I was charged a second time for purchasing "tickets" to another event aside from the Pasadena show. I was also a vendor, showed up and was gone by Saturday around 1:00pm once everyone realized this was a huge scam. We have news reports and other information to build a case.
