I was lead to believe that all you needed to do was to be able to use email, so I ordered it. Got a password, account, everything I needed to "work from home" to make extra cash. I spent 3 days trying to follow the instructions, and this was after they kept prompting me to "call this number now for a personal customer rep to guide me." When I called, the woman kept asking about my current income. Wanted to know how much savings I had, did my husband work and what were his savings, and what was the credit limit on our credit cards. Even asked about any equity in our home and how much did we owe on it. When I asked her why she needed this info (that I would not give) she told me that right now, this didn't seem to be an option for me. That this was a "boost" for serious customers (?) I would need at LEAST 30 to 50 THOUSAND dollars to go this route, but I could still use home cash acces and email to make money. Once I had "earned enough income to qualify for this boost, just call her back and she would tell me how to triple my money." I went back to the home cash access site, and once I figured out that I did not need email, but needed to be able to blog on social sites like twitter, facebok, and my space, I immediately emailed for a refund. I explained to them that I was mislead, that I do not use social networking, and that I was apalled when the company wanted 30 to 50 grand for a "start up boost for serious customers", that I was in compliance with the refund policy (30 days) and wanted my money back. They replied with a phone number that I have repeatetly called for a refund. They have not refunded my money as of 01-20-12. They even have my cell phone number that was required at sign up and have called me several times to check on my satisfaction. Each and everytime I told them my situation about my refund, I was told my money would be refunded immediately. This has become a weekly process of calling and emailing them. Now.... their email address is a "permanate failure" and their phone number gives a constant busy signal. Is there anything I can do? I know 50 bucks isn't much for someone looking for thousands, but I want my money back! Much more than I want my money back, I want them to know that they cannot get away with this. This is false advertising and a scam.
