I ordered free 30 day trial of Auravie Skincare for just the cost of shipping and handling. On 10th day, I had $97.88 taken from my account. I called and requested my money to be returned to me as I did not see anything about having to return the product in 10 days. I was very rudely told no, said I'd return the product and was told they didn't want it. I spoke with a supervisor on the next day who said he'd only return $50 to me, I said fine but I was going to file a complaint for deceptive advertising. He said in that case he would refund nothing. What a scam!

Hi, they managed to scam me too.
I read your comment and i was hoping you maybe had more information how to deal with them, more specifically how to cancel any future shipments and charges? I went traveling out of the country and am unable to make long expensive phone calls with them so if there is any way what so ever of this case being able to be taken care of online that would just be great.
Also i submitted a complaint with my bank and if you could tell me how your bank handled it i would be very grateful.

- I filed complaints with BBB, my state Atty Gen'l Office of Consumer Fraud, and the CA Atty Gen'l since that is where Auravie is based out of. My bank refunded my money and they pursued Auravie. Changed my debit card number so they could not access my account again. Unbelievable that they are still in business. Good luck.
