I was looking at possible payday loans online and I got a phone call at work from 123wages.com apparently and told them I would have to call back later. I don't recall signing any documents about a payday loan. The next day I looked at my checking account and there was $200 deposited for a payday loan. So far there has been $79 taken out of my account in finance fees. The big problem is I didn't talk to anybody about terms/payment schedule/sign documents for my $200 payday loan.
