I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S II phone on 12/21/11. After a couple of weeks there was a problem with the phones camera. I took it back to T Mobile and they sent me a new phone the next day (I later found out the replacement phone was not new but refurbished). The refurbished phone stopped working on 1/19/12. I contacted T Mobile and they said they would send another replacement phone but not the same style phone that I purchased for 529.99. I told them I wanted the same style phone that I purchased and I wanted a new, not refurbished phone. The phone was purchased less then a month ago. They are refusing to do this so I am stuck with paying 529.99 for a refurbished phone and not even the same style phone.
