I realized on the 12th that this company has been taking $59.08 out of my account for the past 3 months. When I called (1.888.632.5590) I was told that I had signed up in October for a grant assistance program. I asked for a refund as I never signed up for this program and was told that in order to get my money back I needed to file a police report then fax it to Zbelly.com in Las Vegas. When I spoke to the police department they advised me NOT to cooperate with this request as it was likely a ploy to get additional information as police reports contain social security numbers, driver's license number, and updated info. I started a dispute resolution process with my bank and am hoping to get a full refund, but I feel extremely violated, angry, and this really put my family out. $59.08 may not seem like a lot of money, but when you are raising small children it means groceries and gas for the week! I never signed up for this service and am appalled that a company created to help people find personal, business, and school grants would have the nerve to charge its clients $59.08/month to use its services. It seems to me that if someone is looking for a grant, it most likely means they DON'T HAVE money to begin with. It's too bad that people feel they have to lie & steal from others in order to be successful in the world! Karma is a (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!
