I got a phone call from a woman named hazel who spoke very fluent English. I was told that I had been chosen to receive a 7000 dollar grant. I was given a pin number and a phone number to call. I make the call and spoke to a man saying indeed I had been chosen for a government grant. Here's the catch. I needed to go to western union and wire 200 dollars to confirm who I am. Is there anybody out there who knows whether this is a scam or not.
