On 1/13/2012 went online to find a 26" led tv for my 96 yr old Father-in-Law. Best price for a new one was Discount Diva. Checked for ref's anfound them mixed, but avg. Ordered TV and paid with PayPal account (Big mistake). PayPal waits 45 days before banging on bad sellers. Use a creditcard, the payment can be disputed right away if merchant doesn't respond. Called Discount Diva Mon. Tues. Wed. and got "Our phones are not working please call later. Have called 27 times in 3 days, still same message. Left 4 e-mails complaining about still no shipment.
As of 1/19/2012 still NO RETURN CONTACT! Have filed fraud claim with PayPal and am waiting!!!! I'm out $230.90 and will probably never see it again!! OldThos.
